These Terms and Conditions outline important requirements regarding your use of Azure ID Pro's services and define your relationship with Azure ID Pro. By accessing or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

• "You"

"You" refers to you as an individual, as well as any organization, employer, or entity on whose behalf you are using Azure ID Pro's services.

• "Azure ID Pro"

"Azure ID Pro" refers to the company operating under the trademark "Azure Professionals." All references to Azure ID Pro in these Terms and Conditions refer to this entity

Before Azure ID Pro services any of the Customer’s equipment, it is the Customer’s sole responsibility to back up all data, software, information, and other files stored on the device’s disk drives or peripherals. Azure ID Pro is not liable for any loss of data or software during the course of service.

All customer support service requests are assigned a severity level upon receipt. Response times may vary depending on the severity level, but Azure ID Pro will respond to all requests within up to 2 business days of assignment. We strive to address high-severity issues as quickly as possible.

Azure ID Pro reserves the right to decline providing the requested services and instead issue a refund if it is determined that the Customer’s system does not meet the minimum requirements necessary for service. This determination is at the sole discretion of Azure ID Pro.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Azure ID Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs—including reasonable attorneys' fees—arising from or related to:

a) Your breach of this Agreement

b) Your actual or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights

This obligation survives the termination of your relationship with Azure ID Pro.

Azure ID Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official website at www.azureidpro.com. Your continued use of the services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

This Agreement, including all rights and obligations of the parties and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. By using Azure ID Pro's services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the applicable federal and state courts within the United States.
